What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, the phone number or email address you provide, the service you selected, and any message you write. We also record which page and language you submitted from.
Information collected automatically
- Aggregate, anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site profiling on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To improve this website and understand which pages are useful.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails to people who merely visited the site — only to people who asked to hear from us.
Calls and text messages
If you give us a phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number — including by text message — about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or simply telling us to stop, and we will.
Who else touches your data
We keep our stack deliberately small. Your data may pass through:
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides cookieless analytics.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are served from Google's servers, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Google Workspace / email providers — where our inbox lives.
If you become a client, we may use additional tools (advertising platforms, scheduling, invoicing) and we will tell you which ones.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts, plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@momentumco.studio and we'll handle it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act — we'll honour those requests regardless of where you live.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers and a content security policy. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep our attack surface small: this website holds no database, no user accounts, and no stored payment details.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
